• Dedicated follow-up with each showing participant that is tracked and reported weekly to our clients
• Primary point of contact for all client relationships

Marketing Strategist
• Closely examines all listing presentations prior to going live in the marketplace and completes internet optimization for each listing
• Distributes listing activity to global syndications and corresponds with multiple social media sources to ensure maximum listing activity on a local level
• Provides weekly detailed reports of listing activity, comparable sales & listings, and in-depth data on marketing results

Client Specialist
• 24/7 On-call specialist available to assist clients with any needs they have pertaining to their property transaction
• Ability to interface with clients, along with their lenders, attorneys and CPA’s, to assist clients with optimal loan options, legal formations and tax strategies of property transactions
• 15+ years of relationship management experience in Wealth Planning Strategies pertaining to sales, investments, lending, estate and tax planning
